Employee training: this is one of the main reasons why companies turn to LMS. A company wants to implement training and wants a powerful platform to help it achieve it. A great learning management system (LMS) is an active first step. But it is only the first step. Next, you need to set up your workout and start doing it.

Create your content

Employee training must be quick and easy to implement. A good learning management system will do the hard work for you so you don’t have to! With LMS, you can upload your existing training courses or create new ones. You can create tests, quizzes, and surveys in the system to evaluate student performance and collect feedback. 

The ability to add rich media is also a must. The ability to add video, documents, and audio to your modules makes them that much more interesting. You can create workflows that facilitate compliance assessment and other types of training. Additionally, setting up employee review features will allow you to check your employees’ understanding of your courses and reinforce key knowledge. Or you can go a step further by allowing your students to upload their own assignments for you to grade. 

 You can also collect valuable feedback by setting up a survey. This will allow your employees to share their thoughts and concerns about the courses and their work in general so that you can make improvements.


A recertification feature allows you to re-enroll students a certain number of days after completing a course. It is incredibly useful when you have employee training that needs to be taken regularly to remain valid. You can set up automatic recertification based on a specified number of days to reduce administrative expenses. You can then configure it to send an automatic recertification email to your students to inform them that they have re-enrolled for the refresher training and by what date they must complete it.

Use groups to organize

As an administrator, you configure the rules and when users are added, they are automatically added to the appropriate group.
